Dear Athletes and Residents of Warsaw!
The weekend of Citi Handlowy IRONMAN 70.3 Warsaw is approaching rapidly. As always, organizing such large-scale events that take place in public spaces involves temporary traffic disruptions and changes in public transportation.
Therefore, we kindly redirect everyone to the full notice regarding traffic disruptions in Warsaw during the event. These disruptions mainly apply to Sunday, June 11th. There will be no disruptions on Saturday, June 10th.
Additionally, certain streets will be temporarily closed for the Friday Night Run Warsaw. However, these disruptions will be brief and only occur in the late evening hours (the race starts at 11:00 PM).
We sincerely request residents of Warsaw and the surrounding areas to familiarize themselves with the full notice, which is available HERE. We also ask participants of our event to share this information with their family and friends in Warsaw and its vicinity. This way, more people will be aware of the temporary traffic disruptions in advance, minimizing any unnecessary issues associated with it.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the temporary road closures on June 11th, 2023, will be accounted for in the free Waze navigation app. We encourage you to use this application.
