Robert Motyka is a polish radio presenter, co-founder of the cabaret "Paranienormalni", an announcer and a DJ. He is known for his great sense of humour, but sport is also his passion. He regularly runs marathons, but he has also completed the IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon competition. He told us about it in a short conversation.
So far, I have competed only once in Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia and it was two years ago. I went to the competition having no idea what it was about and how I should be prepared. I went to Gdynia two days earlier to get my bearings, meet people and conquer my enemy - fear, because I was very scared. On the spot, it turned out that apart from having my bike, shoes and helmet. And I had no idea what I was going to take part in. Fortunately, a bunch of people appeared who were friends of the event and after a while, the unbelievable happened - I became a big family with them. Everything was ready and prepared very professionally.
